Thai Coconut Shrimp Curry
This class focuses on easy Asian meals – most dishes can be prepared in 30 minutes or less. The recipes that I’ve chosen are not only quick to prepare, but uses Asian ingredients that can be stored in your pantry so that last minute dishes can be put together without a trip to the Asian market.
All you need to do is make one trip to the Asian market, and stock up on ingredients that I’ve listed. I have also given you photos of each ingredient so that you will know what it looks like and what to ask for.
